Where do I start? I was heading down to Beaverton from my house in Sequim Wa to do a couple of short rides with my cousin, when about half way into the ride, I stopped for a drink of water, and noticed that white cords were showing on my back tire. I called my cousin who lives in Beaverton, and let him know what was going on, and he called several shops including MotoSport Hillsboro. I rode my bike to the dealership and talked to the service center. Dakota could see the desperation of my situation. Between him and Grant, they were beyond helpful! Dakota came out and did an inspection of the bike, and let me know that both tires were done. I asked if they had the tires for my 2005 ST 1300. After looking around, Grant did locate two tires! My next question was, would they have time that day or Friday to install them. I fully expected that they would be booked till the following week, but to my surprise, they somehow made the time to replace the tires on my bike on ridiculously short notice. I've never been to any shop, auto or bike, where the staff and service was this accommodating. I'm almost 100% sure that someone else's bike got bumped as they got mine done, and to that person, sorry and thanks for your patience! Thank you MotoSport Hillsboro, you guys are the absolute best!

We recently purchased a Honda Rancher. Reese was the employee that helped us and he did an excellent job. We called ahead that we were coming because we own a dairy farm and had to get home to take care of the cows. MJ was awesome. I appreciate that him and the rest of the sales crew are helpful but not pushy. Just purchased a bike from them and even though they were extremely busy that day, I did not feel like I was being put off or forgotten about. My only complaint is that I wanted some merchandise along with my perchases, but overall everyone was very professional and on it. My overall experience at Motosport Hillsboro was one that I enjoyed. Gabe worked his butt off to getting me the price that fit my budget as well as Matt in F&I. These guys are really in this to make sure the customer comes out a winner. I would most defiantly come back and buy another Goldwing Touring. I'll be telling all my motorcycle friends to test ride a 2018 Goldwing Touring. The ride is so nice. I didn't find anything on the bike that I didn't like. I never even test rode the bike, I talked to other Goldwing riders on older models and watch Youtube reviews to make my decision. I did the same thing on my trade in bike FLTRXS. I've ridden Harley's over the last 11 years putting 140k on 4 HD's now this is my first Goldwing. I'm still in the breaking miles on this bike but I can see from the 80 miles I rode today on back roads this bike is a KEEPER. I'm so glad I bought it. I look forward to putting 100k miles on this bike. I'm an Iron Butt Member, I'm planning to make 2305 mile this spring in 34 hours not stop on this bike. I did it twice before on my FLTRXS and enjoyed the trip I cannot wait to do it on this 2018 Goldwing Tour bike. I will know which bike is the better bike by then. Oh, snap I've made up my mind already it the Goldwing Tour hands down it's a better riding bike as I said I'm still in break-in miles and it's pulling 40.7 mpg. Very Happy ridder here! In my experience buying a vehicle, whether its a car, truck or motorcycle, has always been an extremely stressful experience, but Motosport Hillsboro changed that for me. It was exceptional customer service through every step of the process. I felt no pressure to buy from the salesman who helped me; in fact, quite the opposite, he said he wanted me to get the bike I wanted and worked to make it happen, even though my throwing a change-up in the middle of the process created more work. The finance dept. worked to get me a great rate, so I was able to get a newer bike than I had planned. I would highly recommend Motosport Hillsboro to anyone looking to get a bike. What a motorcycle shop should be! John and the rest of the folks here are fantastic and really work hard to make customers feel welcome and take the time to understand their needs. I had a specific bike I wanted to purchase and John worked with us over the phone and got us a really good deal with no run arounds or games. Just bought my first bike. CBR650F, and had to go to the warehouse to look at it. If you want a motorcycle or are even thinking about a motorcycle, GO HERE! Do not waste your time anywhere else. This is the BEST motorcycle dealership around! The atmosphere is great because it's friendly, fun and no pressure. No one gives you the stink eye if you say "I want to think about this." My salesman was Barry and I told him what I was looking for-something more street than cruiser, under 1000 cc's, comfortable but cool and nimble. Barry walks up to a Honda CTX 700N that I had never even heard of and has me take a look. Perfect, absolutely perfect bike for me. I couldn't believe his skill! And it was at a phenomenal price! Now my credit is a little sketchy-lets just say not good. Did they get me the financing at the payment I wanted? Yes. Tell me how many times you've had to fight about that one! Did I say I'm a woman? No condescending attitudes either. I've been to some places where I must have taken invisible pills because none of the staff saw me. Here I was seen and heard and accepted. That's a great feeling! 3 years ago I purchased a bike and now I've come back to purchase my first liter bike. Bought it Saturday and I'm extremely thankful for all the help I get each time I'm in. In my experience, this dealership absolutely appreciates repeat business! I was more than taken care of with my first 3 purchases also. This time was no exception. Yes, they get busy sometimes, but my patience has paid off each time. Everyone needs to remember, these are motorcycles, not cars. There aren't hundreds of MC dealerships all over the Portland metro area like there are for cars. So inventory moves fast! But they make every effort to find what you need, and if they dont have it, they will do their best to get it!I will continue to do my business here. All in all, the only department I haven't had dealings with is service, but if they are anything like the other folks I've dealt with, I'm sure they'll be on top of the scale as well.

Been looking for a slightly used Suzuki DR-Z400-SM for sometime with-out much success. Driving home from work, stopped in at Hillsboro MotoSports to look at any possible options. Mr. Brian Barnes stopped what he was doing to help me. I talked with Mr. Barnes, that I was looking for a DR-Z400-SM. We walked around and looked at the bikes on the floor and outside. Mr. Barnes stated "We had a DR-Z that was traded in this morning and it's most likely in the shop going through our safety inspection". Mr. Barnes showed me the way to the shop. Over towards the back of the shop was the DR-Z that would soon be mine. It was closing time so we agreed on a price and made a verbal agreement. Picked the bike up the next day. The DR-Z needed a new rear tire, Mr. Barnes had a cost effective replacement Dunlop tire at his desk waiting for my approval. I moved here in late May from Chattanooga, Tennessee to be with girlfriend (now wife) who is trusting enough to ride 2 up with me on weekends. Planned on coming in late June, but had to be in Seattle for 3 weeks of meetings regarding new job. in 2 weeks I put my house on the market, loaded up a U Haul, drove for six days and 2500 miles, started a new job, and got married. I found one of your bikes on cycle trader and e-mailed for a couple weeks, then called, and finally purchased. The person I dealt with was Rob Johns. He made the process easy, answered all of my questions over the phone, and even helped me load the bike up and tie it down. It was a refreshing experience in buying a vehicle. No high pressure just professional. The manager also approached me to ask if everything was going fine. You will get my repeat business.

While I've been riding for a number of years, I had never purchased a new bike. Until 2013 that is, when Honda released their CB1100 here in North America. The announcement that the bike was headed to our shores was actually made back in late 2012 and I placed my deposit on the day of the announcement. The person that responded to my inquiry regarding the bike was Nick Schreiber. I stayed in touch with Nick over the following months as more details about the bike became available. Through it all, Nick was always sure to respond to my various questions in a reasonable amount of time. When Nick discovered that no ABS models (which I had originally placed a deposit for) were going to be made available to MotoSport, he tracked down the only such bike in the entire NW region that was available at that time and worked with the other dealer to see that I would be well taken care of. After some additional research along with some further thought, I decided to purchase a non-ABS model from MotoSport instead. We agreed on a price that I felt was fair and the buying experience could not have gone smoother. I've been back to MotoSport a few times since purchasing the CB1100. Even though we had only met face to face once, when I came in to pick up the bike, whenever I return Nick always remembers me and greets me by name. True to his word, he has taken good care of me as a returning customer. I told Nick early on that I wasn't interested in simply buying a bike, but also wanted to find a good dealership that would treat me well further on down the road. Thus far, MotoSport has done just that. Everyone that I've encountered there has been friendly and helpful. Even though I maintain my own bikes, the service department told me to feel free to call with any questions if I get stuck on a problem working on the bike. When all was said and done, I wound up with the bike of my dreams, that I purchased with the help of a great sales guy and am now supported by a dealership that genuinely seems to care about their customers. Things could not have worked out better. I highly recommend Nick specifically and MotoSport overall to anyone out there shopping for a new motorcycle.

Two weeks before I arrived at Hillsboro Motorsport I had a 1992 Honda VFR 750, it was stolen from out side a restaurant while I visited with my father. I had only had the bike about two months and had put alot into it to get it ready for summer. Matt Sinclair was so helpful and understanding that while I didnt have good credit and almost no money down he was still able to get me financed without heming and hawing and out the door with a beautifull 2009 Honda VFR 800 Intercepter. For over a week Matt McKay answered questions and concerns and then set up the sale for me which made it easy and quick when I showed up to pick up my bike. When I showed up, even though it was a very busy day, all of the bikes I had considered were pulled out and shown to me and all my questions answered, just to make sure I got what I really wanted. Wifey and I walked in last week to dream about a bike. We were immediately drawn to the Vulcan 1600 Classic. I was dumb and wanted to drive around and shop. We shopped the entire weekend all over the Portland area. Never did see anything cooler and the day was over. I wasted an entire weekend shopping. After work the following week I decided to come in again and drool a little more. Sales was great and zero pressure. I decided to just try for it. 10 minutes and my new bike was being serviced!! The ride home was shakey nervous excitement to say the least. The cool bike is only half the story. Every knows that this bike is sooooo cool but the dealership is by far the best in any state around. I will NEVER shop anywhere else. On a side note, I came in three days later for some parts and the parts guy knew my name and my bike. I only met him for a minute and everyone there seems to go out of thier way to say hi and see if I need anything. Shopping and purchasing anywhere else would simply be a waste of time. If you do shop, go everywhere else first and end here and you will see what I mean and NOT waste your time...Thanks guys...see ya later this week!

I recently purchased a 2002 CBR 1100XX from your dealership. I had originally drove over to the valley from Redmond with the intent to pick up another Blackbird from another dealership who previously told me they would work with me. I won't give this huge dealership's name which is in Beaverton just off the 217. When I actually arrived at their dealership, I made an offer on a black 1100XX was met with what I perceived as an "are you kidding??" Not even a counter offer from their sales people. I left there feeling like money was their main objective and not customer service. Thanks to an add in the Cycle Trader, I saw that you had a Blackbird for sale and when I saw it was silver....I knew this was the bike I wanted. Matt McKay helped me with my questions and after I made an offer, he worked with me to make me feel like I was getting the most for my money. Not only did I end up buying the bike, I got a helmet for my wife, an Alpinestars jacket, and three hats from your dealership. The people in the accessories department also showed they cared about my experience at the store. The point you ask? I rated this dealership at five stars because of how my family and I felt when we left there. We spent our hard earned money and felt appreciated for being there, rather than another number on a piece of paper. I am a firm believer that one's perception is their reality. Even if you're not doing it well, as long as you look good doing it...people will respect you. We have referred our friends there and, also will definately hope to purchase my wife's and my son's motorcycles from you as well.
