• Engineered for maximum performance, the FC 350 powerplant has all major engine components and shaft arrangements placed to improve overall handling. At just 59.9 lb (27.2 kg), the 350 cc 4-stroke engine keeps its mass centralized and supports the anti-squat behavior of the entire chassis. Additional service markers on the engine plainly indicate where washers go, which makes maintenance and service easier than before.

• Improved durability and serviceability come from the DOHC cylinder head, whose finger followers carry a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating that guarantees minimal friction and optimal performance. They operate large titanium valves (36.3 mm on the intake side and 29.1 mm on the exhaust side) that optimize gas flow for strong, usable power throughout the rev range, right up to the 13,400 rpm limit. The valve timings operate in perfect harmony with the camshaft, which uses a bearing bridge design for stiffness and easy serviceability.

• For 2027, the frame wears a premium white powder-coat finish, and frame protectors deliver superior protection, durability, and grip in any condition.

• Built from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminum, the two-piece subframe guarantees exceptional strength and durability while weighing just 3.9 lb (1.8 kg) overall. Cast aluminum is used for the lower subframe spars and the frame mounts, for significantly better reliability. Injection-molded polyamide forms the upper portion of the subframe, allowing specific flex characteristics and guaranteeing a lightweight build.

• The bodywork was shaped to let riders perform at their very best over long stretches of time. After countless hours of testing and refinement, larger contact points and surfaces in the rider triangle improve comfort, which in turn helps cut down on fatigue. A taller, wider seat permits unrestricted movement, while revised tank shrouds and a high-grip cover make sure riders stay firmly planted under hard acceleration.

• A one-piece airbox design that is stiffer, paired with an optimized air intake, cuts down on air deformation, guaranteeing unrestricted airflow and maximum filter protection. For easy maintenance, the Twin Air filter can be reached without tools just by taking off the left side panel.
