• 1832cc Fuel-Injected, Liquid-Cooled Engine

Powering the Gold Wing® is a fuel-injected, horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine that’s incredibly powerful and exceptionally smooth. Its “flat” six-cylinder, horizontally opposed layout provides a lower center of gravity, for a better ride and handling that feels lighter.

• Pro-Arm Rear Swingarm

Inspired by MotoGP, the single-sided cast-aluminum swingarm on the Gold Wing® is light and super-rigid, and it cuts unsprung weight, giving handling that’s sharper and sportier. The unique Pro-Arm® design pairs with Honda's patented Pro-Link® rear suspension, which has electronically adjustable hydraulic preload settings to suit different load and riding conditions.

• Better Ride Quality

Part of why your Gold Wing® delivers handling capable of shaming many a sportbike is suspension settings that were refined through your feedback and repeated testing. Gold Wings® have always provided the best overall handling among touring machines, but these settings make things genuinely better when you choose to kick it up a notch.

• Windscreen Adjustability

Six positions across nearly four inches of travel come from our sturdy ratcheting system for adjusting the windscreen.

• XM® Satellite Radio/Weather/Traffic

Wish you could hear the radio of your choice wherever you’re riding? If your Gold Wing® is one of our XM-equipped models, a free 90-day trial subscription comes included with it. It was the first time satellite radio was integrated into a motorcycle, and it still provides the most features, with weather (XM NavWeather) and traffic (XM NavTraffic) on top of standard XM programming. (After the 90-day trial, a separate subscription is required.)

• Glovebox That Locks

Models without the airbag also receive a lockable, center-mounted glove box for extra convenience, raising storage capacity in the cockpit area to 2.8 liters.

• Heated Seat/Grips

Heated grips, a heated seat for the rider and a heated seat/backrest for the passenger, each with separate controls for rider and passenger. For chilly mornings, there’s even a system to warm your feet!

• Airbag

On the airbag-equipped Gold Wing® you’ll find the first (and only) production motorcycle airbag system in the industry. Two sensors built into the bike’s fork detect a frontal impact. Maybe one day every motorcycle may have this feature, but for now, a Gold Wing® is the only one offering you this option.
