Thanks to its height adjustability, the 2025 KTM 65 SX is built to grow along with the young racer. Scientific statistical data and manikins guided the various adjustment options engineered into the KTM 65 SX's construction. As a result, dialing in the correct fit for your little ripper is ultra easy, with height-adjustable suspension, handlebar position, subframe, and bodywork that take seat height from a low 715mm up to a taller 760mm.

• Ignition

The 2025 KTM 65 SX gets a digital ignition from Hidria, whose improved processing power and ignition curve produce a cleaner burn and smoother power delivery.

• Carburetor

Playing a lead role in making the power on the 2025 KTM 65 SX is a proven Mikuni TM 24 carburetor, its settings working perfectly in harmony with the engine, exhaust, and air intake design.

• Easy Servicing

Draining noses for liquids make servicing and routine maintenance simple, along with added service markers on the engine that plainly indicate where washers go, making maintenance and service easier than before. Nm markings plainly indicate how relevant screws should be tightened, preventing bolts that are overtightened or too loose. Many screws on the engine case have also been standardized to a single screw length.

• Airbox and Filter

Rather than rubber, the airbox uses a conventional suction sleeve made of hard-wearing polyamide, along with a Twin Air filter mounting system with snap locks for easy and intuitive installation. The Twin Air filter also sits beneath the seat, where it can be reached easily without tools just by taking the seat off. Dirt intrusion resistance has been improved as well, and dirt no longer drops into the intake tract during filter changes.
