• BODYWORK

Completely new and completely red! Reworked from nose to tail, the sleek bodywork is incredibly ergonomic, offering bigger contact surfaces plus a better rider triangle that boosts control even further. The radiator shrouds are contoured to help you hold onto the bike more as you open the throttle, while an ultra-grippy seat cover keeps you planted firmly in place.

• FRAME

What good is a next-generation bike without a next-generation frame? Our engineering wizards kept the strongest qualities of the previous frame (which, in case you didn't know, paired razor-sharp cornering with straight-line stability that inspires confidence) and made it even better! Anti-squat behavior has been improved for maximum traction on corner exits. Wall thickness has been revised in certain areas throughout the frame to improve feedback to the rider and energy absorption. It's finished in red powder coating with grippy guards that prevent wear and also give your boots a little extra grip.

The 250cc 4-stroke motor was already awesome, and our engineers have made it even better! Now lighter and more compact, it sits tilted back two degrees in the frame, centralizing mass to improve handling, and you'll feel the difference the moment you start upping your pace on the race track. The motor's new placement also drops the sprocket 3mm lower, improving how the bike behaves, particularly under acceleration, since it holds the rear end up for better stability.

• HYDRAULIC BRAKES

Going fast is fun, but slowing down is a must, and that's why every GASGAS motocross bike comes equipped with high-quality Braktec calipers and controls. A 260mm disk up front and a 220mm disk out back, each with a design specific to GASGAS, make for braking performance that's certainly impressive, inspiring riders to push harder, go faster, and brake later with the redesigned lever.

• ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - EMS

Compact, lightweight, and quick to process data - exactly what an engine management system should be! This Vitesco Technologies unit is the best in the industry, featuring a rollover sensor that kills the ignition in big crashes, and it also feeds information to the hour meter.
