MC 250 devotees, here's some welcome news! For 2025 our much-loved 2-stroke gets updates, beginning with a fresh frame. Designed with slightly more give, it keeps every bit of its stability in a straight line yet now carves turns with far greater agility, guaranteeing a ride that builds confidence each and every time. The revised frame brings revised suspension settings with it, and the smaller yet significant changes cover a reworked air intake plus a new, sturdier rear brake pedal. The MC 250 gives up none of its awesomeness for 2025 and simply keeps improving. Fill the tank, press the e-start button, and hang on tight!

• GRAPHICS

Brand-new graphics liven up 2025, with the GASGAS logo now boldly displayed in black instead of white for a fresh spin. The design remains red, remains tough, and remains a head-turner, and that distinctive look is put on with IML technology. In other words, the graphics sit inside the bodywork, keeping your GASGAS looking ultra-fresh for a very, very long time, even when you ride in nasty conditions week in and week out.

• FRAME

Last year a huge amount of testing and development was poured into designing and building the frame, yet our engineers have pushed the refinement further still! All-new, lighter motor mounts improve how the frame flexes while giving up nothing in straight-line stability. A bit of material has been trimmed around the upper shock mount, and the walls at the front of the frame are also slightly thinner, for a saving of 300g. Thanks to every one of these changes, all tested in MXGP by Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing, the bike is now far more composed through each corner.

• ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION (EFI)

One motor that handles everything! Whether you shift early or hold every gear to the limit, the reinvigorated MC 250 engine, now with fuel injection added, sets this bike even further apart from rivals by delivering usable low-end torque and high-revving peak power at the top. Riders who run it flat out will gain the most from the counter balancer shaft inside the engine, since it holds vibration to an absolute minimum.

• HYDRAULIC BRAKES

Speed is a blast, but scrubbing it off is vital, and that's why every GASGAS dirt bike comes equipped with top-quality Braktec calipers and controls. On the subject of controls, the rear brake pedal is now significantly stronger so it won't get bent out of shape in a crash or snag the ground as you rail through a deep rut. Pair those Braktec calipers with GASGAS-specific brake discs, 260mm at the front and 220mm at the back, and the outcome is incredible braking performance. As a result, every rider can stay on the throttle longer and brake later going into corners. And everyone knows where that leads... quicker lap times!
