• New Customizable YRC Ride Modes

Through new Yamaha Ride Control (YRC) settings, owners can tailor their riding experience, choosing engine power characteristics and levels of electronic intervention to match conditions or rider preference. For fast, simple selection, three integrated riding modes come programmed with factory settings for different situations: SPORT, STREET and RAIN. On top of that, riders can build two custom programs with tailored settings to match their exact preferences.

• New Yamaha Variable Speed Limiter

With the new Yamaha Variable Speed Limiter (YVSL), the rider is able to set a top-speed limit for the motorcycle, making sure that a speed the rider has chosen is not exceeded unintentionally.

• Revised Frame & Subframe

The advanced controlled fill (CF) aluminum Deltabox frame of the TRACER 9 has been revised, and together with a subframe that is longer and lighter, it contributes to a greater sense of stability and more comfort for rider and passenger.

• New Seven-Inch TFT Display

The new seven-inch TFT instrument display offers high brightness in a slimmer housing, with three selectable display themes to suit varied riding situations and rider preferences. A handy new smartphone box provides storage as well, alongside a USB-C socket to charge phones or run other electronic devices.

• New Switchgear & Turn Signal Functions

The next-generation switchgear from Yamaha has a new joystick design, with buttons whose shape and feel have been extensively refined for intuitive operation in a compact, easy-to-use package. The riding experience is further enhanced by new turn signal functions. Clicking the indicator switch softly makes the turn signals flash three times, while clicking it fully makes them flash continuously. The turn signals also cancel themselves after 15 seconds and once the bike has covered more than 500 feet. Cruise control also comes standard on the new 2025 TRACER 9.
