Completely new for 2025, the TC 85 represents a new generation of minicycle, filling the space between the TC 65 and the lineup of full-size motocross machines offered by Husqvarna Motorcycles. Inside a brand-new chromium molybdenum steel frame sits an improved 85 cc 2-stroke engine that produces exceptional power and torque. Pairing adjustable WP suspension with a new single-piece swingarm gives the bike exceptional agility and control that inspires confidence. Striking new graphics top off the refined, ergonomic bodywork, giving the 2025 model a bold, fresh appearance.

• Engine

Built with the newest 2-stroke technology, the TC 85 powerplant provides unrivaled performance in the hard-fought 85cc class. Its power comes on in a lively yet manageable way, and the motor offers unrivaled performance and rideability throughout the RPM range.

• Frame

Completely reworked to improve handling and stability, the new frame is made of hydro-formed chromium molybdenum steel. Beyond being strong, this proven material provides precise flex and rigidity that further boost the TC 85's well-known agility. The engine has been relocated within the new frame so its weight is distributed in the most effective manner, and combined with a flatter steering head angle, this makes cornering easier for all young riders.

• Bodywork

The completely new ergonomic bodywork is scaled precisely to fit the proportions of the average 85 cc rider, which helps build confidence and allows unrestricted movement. Because the new frame makes it slimmer overall, the new bodywork lets youngsters squeeze tighter with their knees for complete control.

• Airbox

Precisely placed inlet ducts are part of a new airbox concept, ensuring maximum airflow and filter protection. Located behind the left side panel, the Twin Air filter can still be reached easily without tools, making air filter replacement quick and simple.
