2026 KTM 250 SX-F
IN THE ORANGE CORNER: A FIGHTEREngineered to please every rider, whether novice or pro, the KTM 250 SX-F is a genuinely user-friendly package. Don't imagine for a moment that this means it's compromised, though - at every level, it is beyond dispute READY TO RACE. With a punch of power up front and an optional electronic uppercut held back, the KTM 250 SX-F is set to step into the 250 cc class and land a knock-out.
Features may include:
Before The Gate- Easy Suspension Adjustment
Just like always, setting up the suspension at both ends is simple and needs no tools, making sure you hunt down the podium in total control. At the back, riders can tweak high- and low-speed settings within seconds using a hand-adjustable dual compression option. Up front, hand-adjustable clickers located at the bottom of the fork shoe and on the top cap also make the forks easy to change.
Start Strong- More Usable Power
At a light 57.5 lb (26.11 kg), this mid-weight powerhouse delivers a remarkable payload that makes it the performance leader of the 250 cc 4-stroke class, without dispute. The KTM 250 SX-F's engine has also been designed and tuned with care to best match the performance and handling traits of the package as a whole, raising power through the mid-range and at the top-end.
Calm Under Fire- Absolute Control
Prepare to attack the berms all-out. Major frame updates came to the KTM SX and SX-F machines straight from the work of KTM Factory Racing. To begin with, the zone surrounding the rear shock mount has been streamlined, with engine mounts and cut-outs that improve chassis flex. Up front, the frame features optimum wall thickness along with renewed engine mounts.
Hit The Big Stuff- WP XACT Fork
First, the technical details: across the KTM SX and SX-F line-up, the 48 mm WP XACT AER forks use a capsulated air spring and a pressurized oil chamber to give progressive, consistent damping, and oil and air bypasses cut down pressure peaks. Paired with the mid-valve damping system, all of this delivers exceptional feedback and comfort for the rider. The fork's settings also complement the frame and rear linkage while ensuring stellar performance at every level. On the subject of settings, adjusting them is easy thanks to one air pressure pre-load valve plus click adjusters for compression and rebound that are easy to reach. On top of that, the buy-pack includes as standard the WP air pump required for setting the fork's air pressure.
Maintaining Momentum- Ground clearance
On the KTM SX and SX-F machines, the geometry of the shock absorber provides the linkage with decent ground clearance, while the die-cast, topology-optimized footpegs are less prone to catching in deep ruts and on take-offs while scrubbing.
