Torque from our narrow 1084cc Unicam® parallel-twin engine arrives smoothly across the rpm range, so it's great for anything from riding off-road to cruising the highway all day long.
Wheels and tires
Every Africa Twin model rolls on wire-spoked wheels. Standard models use a 21-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel designed to perform better off-road, while Adventure Sports ES models receive a 19-inch front wheel with a more road-oriented focus, plus wider rims.
Center of gravity kept low
We positioned heavy parts such as the battery close to the bike's center of gravity and used a compact engine, creating a platform for excellent handling.
