2022 Honda® CBR1000RR
SUPERBIKE
Motorcycling was changed for good the day Honda introduced the original CB750K0 to the world. As the first modern inline-four, it was capable of anything. The current Honda CBR1000RR descends directly from that first revolutionary machine, and it's a spectacular blend of technology, performance, handling and premium-grade construction.
For 2022 our CBR1000RR comes in two versions: one equipped with anti-lock brakes, the other with a conventional brake system. Each one delivers performance that will open your eyes. The reason isn't only how hard they accelerate. It's their handling, which is precise, immediate and connected, their ergonomics, which are excellent, and the direct, connected feel you share with that twisting ribbon of blacktop. This year also brings some refreshed graphics, plus a delicious red (naturally) color choice too. Machines such as the CBR are the reason the world still produces gasoline.
Features may include:
PERFORMANCE- HI-PERFORMANCE FOUR-CYLINDER ENGINE
With high-compression 13:1 pistons, the CBR1000RR revs in a way only a flat-plane inline-four can. Its output is also ten horsepower higher than our previous-generation CBR1000RR.
HANDLING- LIGHTWEIGHT SUB-FRAME
The CBR1000RR sub-frame weighs almost a full pound less than our previous generation's, refining our mass centralization work even more. Less weight is always the right answer, and no CBR1000RR we've built has ever been lighter than this one.
ENGINEERING- THIN FILM TRANSFER DISPLAY
TFT gives you an instrument display that's lighter and more readable than earlier LCD designs.
DESIGN- FULL LED LIGHTING PACKAGE
Headlights, taillights, turn signals: on the CBR1000RRs, everything is handled by lightweight, efficient, cool LEDs.
