• Adjustability

It has never been easier to get READY TO RACE. Both ends of the KTM 450 XCF-W's suspension can be set up without tools. Out back, our legendary PDS technology, a proven race winner, has dual compression controls adjustable by hand, so riders can change high- and low-speed settings within seconds. Up front, the forks are also simple to adjust, with hand-adjustable clickers located on the bottom of the fork shoe and on the fork top cap, making on-the-fly setting changes as easy as a twist of the throttle.

• Engine

Advanced engineering techniques developed at the race track and carried over to the dealership floor are perfectly exemplified by the powerplant in the KTM 450 XCF-W. Weighing just 63.9 lb (29 kg) overall, this engine is every bit as powerful as it is prone to winning championships.

• Frame

The KTM Enduro range is built around a black powder coated frame engineered specifically for longitudinal rigidity, delivering exceptional rider feedback, energy absorption, and stability at high speed. Repositioning the rotating masses in the frame, together with a forged steering head connection, makes this possible. A slim design on the footrest mounts also means less risk of hooking up. And once the ride is over, a forged one-piece side stand keeps your enduro weapon standing proud.

Thanks to a repositioned, forged steering head connection and CNC-milled triple clamps, the KTM 450 XCF-W stays rock-solid at every speed. Crafted from high-grade aluminum, the clamps offer optimally tuned steering stem stiffness, perfect fork tube alignment, and precise fork clamp geometry, ensuring fork action that is highly responsive and smooth - plus unwavering stability on those ultra-fast, flat-out special stages.
