• Bodywork

• Airbox

Changing the air filter is fast, clean and easy thanks to a simple installation process. The Twin Air filter, with its large surface area for maximum air flow, comes fitted as standard and is easy to reach by taking off the quick-release seat by hand.

• Adjustable ergonomics

So it fits youngsters of different sizes, the TC 50 provides multiple adjustment options that suit a wider range of riders according to their height and set-up preference. There are four different mounting positions for the handlebars, the rear shock can be moved from its standard 'high' position to a lower setting, and the subframe and bodywork can be fitted in two different places to suit each individual rider.

• Frame

Built from chromium molybdenum steel, the TC 50 frame gives a superior riding experience due to its precise geometry and calculated flex. Following a proven design concept, the shock is not attached to the upper frame tube, which reduces the energy transferred through the chassis and results in greater stability. Textured-surface frame protectors improve control in all conditions and protect the dark blue metallic powder coating from wear.

• Engine

Featuring the latest 2-stroke technology, the compact, powerful TC 50 engine produces a broad spread of usable power that benefits every rider. Placing the crankshaft near the center of gravity not only improves overall handling but also creates the perfect intake angle for generating exceptional performance.

• Cylinder head

Made specifically for the TC 50, the unique cylinder head inserts significantly improve heat conduction. Because of their unique design, these inserts are incompatible with other TC models.
