2024 Husqvarna® TC 125

Modest in displacement yet large in ability, the 2024 TC 125 gets several technical updates, led by the addition of EFI and E-Start technology. These updates can be felt right away, since a single simple press of a button gets the engine started easily, and, out on the track, the TC 125 provides an experience that is unmatched. Other changes include a new cylinder featuring a highly innovative electronic exhaust control system, plus a lighter crank for better throttle response and less vibration. Still benefiting from class-leading components such as WP Suspension, a ProTaper handlebar, and a polyamide-reinforced subframe, the TC 125 gets completely new bodywork and an eye-catching new appearance so it stays at the forefront of the highly competitive 125cc category.

• Engine

• Cylinder

A 54 mm bore is part of the new cylinder, and because EFI has been introduced on the TC 125, an innovative electronic exhaust control system takes the place of the powervalve. An actuator opens the main exhaust port and the lateral exhaust port at the same time for maximum power delivery.

• Chromium molybdenum frame

For 2023, the proven chromium molybdenum steel frame has been refined. Its new shock mount no longer attaches to the main tube, markedly improving the chassis' anti-squat behavior. Wall thickness has been optimized in high-stress areas for better reliability, and the frame still provides advanced geometries and flex characteristics intended to deliver unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption, and outstanding straight-line stability. A premium metallic blue powder coating completes the frame, and redesigned standard frame protectors provide superior protection, durability, and grip in all conditions. In addition, forged brackets on the lower frame rails make it easy to install the skid plate, offered as a technical accessory.

• Polyamide-reinforced aluminum subframe

Built from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminum, the two-piece subframe guarantees exceptional strength and durability while weighing only 3.9 lbs (1.8 kg) overall. Cast aluminum is used for the lower subframe spars and frame mounts, markedly improving reliability. The subframe's upper section is injection-molded polyamide, allowing specific flex characteristics and keeping the construction lightweight.

• Functional bodywork

Clean design and ergonomics inspired by Sweden are tailored so riders can perform at their peak for long stretches. Refined after countless hours of testing, the rider triangle's contact points and surfaces were moved for 2023 to make the motorcycle more comfortable. A new, flatter seat allows unrestricted movement, and its high grip cover keeps riders firmly planted under hard acceleration.

• Airbox

With inlet ducts placed precisely and intended to cut drag and air flow deformation, the airbox guarantees unrestricted airflow along with maximum filter protection. For easy maintenance, the TWIN AIR filter can be reached without tools just by taking off the left side panel.

• Wheels and tires

The TC 125 wheels combine CNC-machined hubs, strong spokes, and black-anodized alloy rims by D.I.D, and they wear DUNLOP GEOMAX MX33 Motocross tires with a proven block-within-a-block design for more progressive cornering and superior grip
