The TC 125 is built with an extensive list of race-tested parts from D.I.D, Dunlop, ODI, ProTaper, and Twin Air, each of which underlines how competitive this exceptional machine is.

• Setting the performance benchmark in the very competitive 125 cc class, the TC 125 engine weighs just 39.46 lb (17.9 kg). The latest engineering techniques go into making this lightweight engine, producing more torque while keeping its high-revving 2-stroke character. Because the rotating mass within the engine is centralized, the TC 125 handles in a light, agile way that benefits beginners and professional racers alike.

• A 54 mm bore and an innovative electronic exhaust control system are part of the cylinder. An actuator opens the main exhaust port and the lateral exhaust port at the same time for maximum power delivery.

• Thanks to optimized material distribution around the steering head and upper shock mount, the frame gives confidence-inspiring handling and assured stability on corner entry. A premium white powder coating finishes the chromium molybdenum chassis, complementing the machine's overall look. Frame protectors complete the package, guarding the paintwork and also giving riders extra grip, even in the toughest conditions.

• Built from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminum, the two-piece subframe ensures exceptional durability and strength while weighing just 3.9 lb (1.8 kg) overall. Cast aluminum is used for the lower subframe spars and frame mounts, giving significantly improved reliability. The subframe's upper section is injection-molded polyamide, which enables specific flex characteristics and ensures the construction stays lightweight.

• The goal behind the ergonomic bodywork's design was letting riders perform at their best throughout every race. Extensive testing achieved this, and smooth contact points in the rider triangle let racers grip the machine firmly with their legs, which reduces fatigue. Radiator shrouds with in-mold graphics add to the machine's progressive appearance, and a tall, wide seat allows unrestricted movement. A high-grip seat cover also helps hold riders securely in place during hard acceleration.

• Reducing deformation, the strong one-piece airbox optimizes air intake. With this design, air flows unrestricted for maximum power, with no compromise to filter protection. Removing the left side panel is all it takes to inspect the Twin Air filter easily, with no tools needed.

• The wheels are built from CNC-machined hubs, strong spokes, and high-strength, black-anodized alloy rims by D.I.D. Fitted to them are the latest Dunlop MX34 tires: the front ensures precise cornering, and the rear delivers excellent traction over varied terrain.
