The TXT RACING 250 is possibly the most iconic trial machine in the GASGAS range, and it's widely recognized for a perfect balance of usable 2-stroke power and nimble handling. With revs that climb to 10,500 rpm, the 250cc 2-stroke is simple to use and incredibly versatile, and its strong, controllable torque curve lets it lead the way through tough, technical terrain. Selectable engine maps, the BRAKTEC hydraulic clutch and brakes, and class leading suspension all add to the awesome ride. Day-long fun is something the TXT RACING 250 delivers every time.

• BODYWORK

A new year brings a new look. Our fresh graphics make a statement for sure, guaranteeing that the GASGAS TXT RACING 250 is set apart from the crowd. This new design sits on slim, smooth, ergonomic bodywork that lets you twist into all kinda shapes while cleaning the gnarliest sections. Chances are you'll also hit the deck now and then, and that's the reason every piece of GASGAS bodywork uses a special Polypropylene blend. Why is it special? It's super flexible, springing back to its normal shape even after being bent beyond 180 degrees!

• HANDLEBARS & GRIPS

The tapered NEKEN handlebars are strong and lightweight, and they wear RENTHAL grips for the best strength and comfort. With the bars secured in handlebar clamps of forged aluminum, the whole front-end across the TXT RACING range is super stable and has a familiar feel, giving a confidence boosting ride every single time. The result is improved stiffness and better rider feedback, plus we've added a bar pad for increased protection.

• FRAME

Strong, yet flexing by just the right amount. This is the approach behind our trial frames, which are made from tubular, 1.5mm 25CrMo4 chrome-moly steel to give riders exceptional levels of feedback! Through advanced manufacturing processes, every frame is crafted via laser cutting and robot welding. What you get are incredibly durable frames that guarantee true trial performance. Every frame weighs only 6kg and is finished in a robust GASGAS-red powder coating. Forged aluminium lateral hangers link the steering head zone to the large skid plate, which gives better protection to the engine, lower frame rails, and linkage.

• MOTOR

As with every one of our trial bikes, the TXT RACING 250 motor delivers a serious punch, pairing low weight with high performance to make sure the riding experience is next level.

• BRAKTEC BRAKES

For 2025, we've raised the braking performance of our TXT RACING range a notch, as each bike now carries the identical GALFER disks found on our TXT GP bikes. The front uses a 185mm floating waved disk paired with a 4-piston BRAKTEC caliper, and the rear has a 150mm solid waved disk paired with a 2-piston BRAKTEC caliper. The rear disk meets FIM regulations as well, so this bike is ready for any event.

• WHEELS

These are made to go the distance. Strength teams up with reliability for high performing wheels that will endure for the long haul. Lightweight spokes join a CNC machined hub to cool, black anodized aluminum MORAD rims, giving a wheelset that can soak up the hardest hits. At the front, the aluminum axle combines low weight with high strength and is a big factor in making the front-end feel lightweight.
