Made for motocross racing, the KTM 250 SX is KTM's 250 cc two-stroke. Light weight and strong power define it, and two-strokes are simple and inexpensive to maintain. The 2025 version brings a reworked frame, revised suspension and fresh bodywork, together with KTM's electronic fuel injection for two-strokes. • Updated chassis: a 25CrMo4 steel frame, hydroformed, matched with a reinforced subframe of aluminum/polyamide.
• Race hardware: electric start, Brembo hydraulics for both the clutch and brakes, a DDS clutch, a Neken handlebar, Excel rims and triple clamps machined by CNC milling.
