Built on the foundation of the recently re-introduced TC 150, the TC 150 Heritage model is a much-desired machine. Finished in its own unique livery inspired by Sweden, this powerful 2-stroke motorcycle is built with premium components and the latest offroad technology to achieve unrivaled performance. Reliable starting comes from an electric start, while a highly sophisticated electronic fuel injection (EFI) system provides a smooth spread of controllable power for an unbeatable experience on the track. A six-speed close-ratio gearbox made by Pankl ensures reliability and smooth gear changes, while the cleverly designed gear lever assures consistent shifting in every condition. Ergonomic bodywork fits neatly around a finely balanced chromium molybdenum frame, with minimalistic graphics in blue, white, and yellow creating a distinctive look.

• Engine

Setting the performance benchmark in the fiercely competitive 125cc class, the new TC 125 engine tips the scales at only 39.4 lb. Packed with the latest innovations, this lightweight engine produces more torque yet keeps its high-revving 2-stroke character. These changes ensure that beginners and seasoned professionals alike can ride faster on the race track, while further centralization of rotating mass within the engine brings significant benefits to the TC 125's overall handling.

• Chromium molybdenum frame

For 2023, the proven chromium molybdenum steel frame has been refined. Its new shock mounting no longer connects to the main tube, which significantly improves the chassis's anti-squat behavior. Wall thickness is optimized in high stress areas to improve reliability, and the frame still offers advanced geometries and flex characteristics intended to deliver unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption, and exceptional stability in a straight line. Finishing the frame is a premium white powder coating, along with redesigned standard frame protectors that offer superior protection, durability, and grip in any condition. In addition, forged brackets included on the lower frame rails make installing the skid plate easy; the skid plate is available as a technical accessory.

• Functional bodywork

Clean design and ergonomics inspired by Sweden are tailored so riders can perform at their peak for long stretches of time. After countless hours of testing, the contact points and surfaces within the rider triangle were adapted and repositioned for 2023 to make the motorcycle more comfortable. The flat seat permits unrestricted movement, and a ribbed, high grip seat cover makes sure riders stay planted firmly under hard acceleration.

• Wheels and tires

The TC 125's wheels are built with CNC-machined hubs, strong spokes, and black-anodized EXCEL alloy rims, and they wear DUNLOP GEOMAX MX33 Motocross tires featuring a proven block-within-a-block design for superior grip and more progressive cornering. To improve agility on the track, the TC 125 wears a 100/90-19 rear tire, while an 80/100-21 front tire ensures optimal handling across a variety of riding surfaces.
